Send your word processing copy via e-mail, or your graphic file to our FTP site. Simply complete the cover sheet, e-mail the project to Informco, and fax your hard copy of the project to (416) 285-0595.

How to attach a document via e-mail:

  1. In your e-mail program (eg. Eudora, Microsoft Exchange, Pegasus, Netscape Mail, etc.), create a new message to info@informco.com.
  2. In the body of the message, type any instructions that you wish to be followed by the Informco staff.
  3. Click on the "attach document icon" and choose the file(s) that you wish to attach.
  4. Send the e-mail.

How to FTP a document:

  1. Using an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program, set up a new profile called "Informco".
  2. Some of the settings that may need to be set up are as follows:
    Host Name: ftp.informco.com
    User Name: infguest
    Password: Please CALL for password
  3. When you log on, you will see two directories called "Inbox" and "Outbox".
  4. To send a document to Informco, go into the Inbox. Create a meaningful directory (eg. Your name) and go into that directory.
  5. Find the file(s) on your machine that you would like to send and transfer them to the new directory that you have created on Informco’s FTP site.
  6. When finished, log out.
  7. To get a document to Informco, go into the Outbox. Find the directory that is your’s (eg. Your name) and go into that directory.
  8. Find your file(s) on the FTP site and transfer them back to your own machine.
  9. When finished, log out.
